SANCTUARY CAMPUS PROGRAMS
The Sanctuary Campus Program is a unique 7-month course designed to educate, empower, and support ministry leaders, specifically those involved in the Worship Arts. Our group class sessions are inspirational in nature and factual in principle as we share real life church experiences, identify and address challenges, and provide biblically sound application that is necessary in order to sustain a healthy ministry life. Students will gain valuable knowledge and tools that will enhance both their personal lives and their Worship Arts ministries.
What you will learn:
We provide instruction in the critical facets of music ministry to include: growth and development, developing and perfecting musical gifts, understanding the dynamics and purpose of Praise and Worship, strengthening the relationship between the pastor and the music ministry, complimenting and expanding the worship culture of your church, spiritual sensitivity and musical acumen for leaders, music section for worship and other occasions, training for worship leaders, musicianship, director training, ministry structure and church protocol, defining job descriptions, ministry decorum which identifies the fundamental do’s and don’ts for all music workers and leaders, and much more. Although the training is specific to music ministry, the principles can be applied anywhere in church your sanctuary campus.
How it works:
The course consists of 17 classes divided into four blocks; The Messenger (5 classes), The Message (5 classes), The Method (5 classes), and The Mission (2 classes). Each block includes a session review and guest panel discussion led by various ministry professionals. A Final Course Review and Exit Interview are conducted at end of the program to assist each student in setting future goals for the continued development of their ministry. All student who successfully complete the full program receive a Certificate of Completion.
A free assessment is offered to all potential registrants to assess their ministry background, identify specific opportunities for growth, and set goals to achieve ministry excellence.
Tuition for the 17 classes can be paid per month, per block, or in full.
